Right to withdrawal

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date you receive the consignment (the days are calculated from the proven date of delivery). The products must be returned undamaged and with the warranty band still attached to each garment.

 

Return an item

Send us the return request by filling the return form that you can receive by the seller after a specific request sent by email to customercare@ireneisgood.com 

 

Once you'll have received the return form and the confirmation mail that allow you to proceed, ship the products to be returned to:

The shipping cost of the return must be paid by the customer.

The responsibility of the package delivery is held upon the customer.

 

Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached in order to be refunded.

If you would like to exchange a product, you will need to return your purchase for a refund and place a new order. Return shipping cost will be covered by the recipient.

Items that are non-refundable / non-exchangeable:

  • Free gifts or promotional items
  • Jewelry
  • Hair Accessories (Pins, Clips, Hairties, Hats, etc)
  • Phone Cases (If it is taken from its original packaging)
  • Griptok (If it is opened)
  • Any product purchased on Sale or using discount code
  • Stickers

 

 ***Return fees will be covered by the recipient. This includes all shipping, custom, or tariff fees.

***Refunds will be processed accordingly once we confirm its return. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

 

***For matters regarding defective items, please email customercare@ireneisgood.com

***If your package comes attached with a tariff or additional fees and the recipient decides to not pay upon receiving the notice (regarding the tariff), the package will be shipped back and you will not be eligible for a refund.***

Dispatch method and costs

Once we have received the returned products, we will evaluate their condition, reprocess them and proceed with closing your request. You will be updated by email .

Remember that Ireneisgood Label will not change the products, only refund the cost of the returned items.

The full refund for the products will be made within 30 days at latest from the date the returns have been received.
