We will accept a full refund or store credit after a thorough investigation. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must contact email@example.com within fourteen days of your purchase date. Once our team investigates the matter, it will be up to the team to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached in order to be refunded.
If you would like to exchange a product, you will need to return your purchase for a refund (or store credit) and place a new order if it is aligned with our Return Policy. Return shipping cost will be covered by the recipient.
Items that are non-refundable / non-exchangeable:
Free gifts or promotional items
Hair Accessories (Pins, Clips, Hairties, Hats, etc)
Phone Cases (If it is taken from its original packaging)
Griptok (If it is opened)
Any product purchased on Sale or using discount code
Any refunds totaling $300 or more are subject to a 10% restocking fee. All returns for store credit will be processed free of charge.
***Return fees will be covered by the recipient. This includes all shipping, custom or tariff fees.
***Refunds will be processed accordingly once we confirm its return.
***If your package comes attached with a tariff or additional fees and the recipient decides to not pay upon receiving the notice (regarding the tariff), the package will be shipped back and you will not be eligible for a refund.***
