Orders will be shipped during business days Monday - Friday (KST) not including Holidays and weekends.

Orders will be shipped out from our warehouse located in Seoul, South Korea.

 ** Please note that the shipping delivery time does not include the time period it takes to process the orders. Orders may take some time to process due to an influx of orders, non-business days, and holidays. We appreciate our understanding!

Please note that the shipping and delivery does not include the time it may take for our shipping department to prepare your package due to an overwhelming amount of orders. Therefore, we recommend keeping in mind of an extra 1-2 days for order processing. 

International shipping can vary from $20.00 - $35.00 USD. Please keep in mind fees will depend on the package weight, size, and destination of the order. Likewise, international shipments may be subject to import taxes, duty fees, and custom fees once it reaches the port of its destination. These additional fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. We highly recommend before Checkout to double check your Country Tariff Rate. 

***If your package comes attached with a tariff or additional fees and the recipient decides to not pay upon receiving the notice (regarding the tariff), the package will be shipped back and you will not be eligible for a refund.***

***Orders that are not received by the recipient and therefore sent back will be deducted a shipping fee. The return shipping fees will vary due to location and any custom or tariff fees. We will be able to relay the total return shipping cost upon the return of the unreceived package. 

Once your order is complete, you will receive a tracking code to the email you registered the order with. If your package surpasses the expected delivery date on the tracking code, please contact Customer Service at customercare@ireneisgood.com
